ART BASH Location: Art Gallery of Ontario, Toronto, 2017 Submitted by: Jared Golberg, Fifth Element Group, Toronto Art Bash! The Factory brought together Toronto's most passion- ate art lovers to rediscover Andy Warhol's disruptive spirit. The event raised important funds to strengthen the gallery's collec- tions and exhibitions and grow audiences. Through disruptive colour, coupled with flickering silver accents, our team developed installations, lounges and branded opportu- nities that inspired guests to transport back in time. In the main function space, a custom floor decal spanning across the entire space from staircase to staircase mimicked the foil Warhol used in his factory. Lounges featuring foil-inspired cushions and metal pieces added to the concept while black and white furniture brought a stark base to the design. From gold-dripped paint cans behind bars and at entrances, to photo activations and a fashion show, this event captured the essence of Warhol's era. Location: Delta Hotels by Marriott Beausejour, Moncton, NB Submitted by: Greg Mulroney, Bond Association Management, Victoria, BC The highlight of the CSNM conference is the gala evening where we recognize and celebrate member achievements. The theme was the Light Side of Life and the evening included a four-course dinner, awards and recognition and special entertainment featuring Lucien, a popular local personal- ity. Proceeds from the silent auction went to a local charity. The evening ended with a CSNM tradition of dancing the night away!
