Canadian Customers – Taxes: • G.S.T. will be charged on all products and shown separately on each invoice. • P.S.T. (where/as applicable) is extra and will be charged unless Airia Brands is supplied with a Provincial Sales Tax license number. • H.S.T. (where/as applicable) is extra and will be charged on all products and shown separately on each invoice. 3. U.S. & International Customers • Federal I.D. # is mandatory for all shipments. • Taxes not applicable. 4. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after 2 business days from the order entry date. 'Rush' orders cannot be cancelled or modified at any time. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 1. Order lead times may vary based on demand and production output. 2. To protect your product during transport, we use protective packaging, containers and/or skids that can increase shipping weight by 5-20%. Exact weight can be confirmed at time of order. 3. We regret that we cannot ship to a Post Office (P.O.) Box address. 4. Deliveries should be opened and inspected upon receipt. Shortages, errors or shipping damage must be reported within 3 business days of receipt. 5. Shipping on orders is pre-paid and charged to you unless alternate shipping instructions are provided or when Airia Brands minimum order requirements are met. You may receive a separate freight invoice if final shipping costs are not available at time of invoicing or we neglected to add charges on your original sales order. 6. You will be invoiced for any accessorial freight charges you require but didn't disclose to us when placing your order when these charges are billed to Airia Brands. 7. Orders will ship before the anticipated ship date when possible, unless otherwise requested when placing your order. FREIGHT CLAIMS 1. If delivery was via your carrier, contact your carrier to make a claim. Airia Brands is not responsible for merchandise damaged by carriers. 2. If delivery was via our carrier, then: • Take photographs of damaged packaging, damaged contents and carrier's delivery slip. • Complete the Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form and submit it with photographs to warranty@airiabrands.com within 3 business days of delivery. • Do not reject delivery nor scrap or return damaged merchandise to Airia Brands. We will provide direction after your RMA request has been approved. MERCHANDISE TO RETURN Airia Brands manufactures merchandise to order, therefore, we regret that we cannot accept return of merchandise no longer required by you or ordered by you in error. MERCHANDISE NOT WORKING Airia Brands is proud to stand behind its products. Replacement parts will be provided at no charge for merchandise not working under warranty. Labour charges required to install any replacement part is not covered by Airia Brands. Should a unit or part become inoperable: • Contact our Tech Support (techsupport@airiabrands.com)team to diagnose the issue and confirm the inoperable part is under warranty. They will provide you with a reference number. Note that entire units cannot be returned or replaced. • Fully complete the Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form and submit it to warranty@airiabrands.com. • Do not scrap or return inoperable merchandise to Airia Brands. We will provide you with direction after we approve your RMA request. • Replacement parts are invoiced on order. Credit for the inoperable part is given on approval of RMA, and if required, following Airia Brands inspection of the inoperable merchandise.
