charge a fee. It's important to use the same one from
year to year to properly track your progress. A couple to
get you started:

"We need to speak a
sustainable language within
our industry. Don't ask 'What
water options do I have?'
Instead, say, 'What sustainable
beverage options do you offer?'
The language has to be more
inclusive of sustainability."

sustainability is about leaving
a legacy for our children. It

is affecting us today. It's a
business issue. It's a health
issue. And, it's not something
that we can put on hold."
—Mariela McIlwraith
