Here's a round-up of some of the choices. A new Western-themed town has been specifically designed to entertain groups on site at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. The entranceway into the new Copper Canyon features two-way fire- places as they enter the façade of a Western outpost. The Boulders Resort features a number of activities including nighttime tours of the surrounding desert and receptions for up to 250 people at the Promise Rock, an outdoor event space with sweeping views of the desert, 2,200 ft. above the resort. The Phoenician's historic Jokake Inn provides a beautiful desert landscape for outdoor events and is close by the resort for ease of catering and service. Spectacular desert sunsets are the backdrop for group events, which can be customized from a fine white-linen dining experience to a rustic cowboy hoedown. The We-Ko-Pa Resort & Conference Center offers groups four experiential options at Fort McDowell Adventures, just 20 minutes from the resort, in addition to the two championship golf courses on site.
