Dickey, after getting pulled from the mound in the second inning, quoted Harry S. Truman: "It's amazing what you can accomplish if you don't care who gets the credit." It's that kind of "greater good" philosophy that typifies successful teams, both in sports and in business. But great teams don't just happen. In fact, there are tons of books and websites dedicated to how to build a successful business team. And virtually every one emphasizes the importance of communicating and celebrating success.
