My belief was that school was a process we had to endure to join the workforce and get on with life by buying a car and a house. It wasn't until I was well established in my career that I started to recognize the importance of education and how to stay re levant in a world that is constantly changing. The incentive business is one of the fastest changing industries in the world, which of course makes sense since employers are continuously looking for new techniques to both motivate and retain their employee s. Organizations like SITE recognized this long ago and started building an education platform specifically targeted and relevant to our industry. When people ask me why they should join SITE today, my very first response is "to have access to education." Clearly, my views of education have changed radically since my high school days. Many members are not aware of the extensive resour ces on the SITE Global website. Th ere are valuable case studies, White papers and the Economic Impact Study containing recent research conducted by the SITE Foundation. SITE is continuously expanding their certification pr ogram.
