The Big Cheese Theory interactive experience at Peller Estates Specializing in sour beers, and utilizing fresh local ingredients in season, they oer guided tasting tours, beer ƒights and customized events when groups rent out the facility. The entire venue can host up to 95 people and partners with popular local restaurant Treadwell, which creates beer pairing menus for groups.
