The Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention &
Visitors Bureau (GFLCVB) is committed to
protecting and preserving the local eco-systems
in the region. The new Plan.It.Green initiative is
designed to lower the carbon footprint of
meetings and conventions. The GFLCVB has
partnered with the local Broward County Parks
and Recreation Divison to plant native trees and
green buffer plants in a local park on behalf of
meeting and convention groups.
