Take a journey Consider bringing your group here by train. The Train de Charlevoix leaves Montmorency Falls in Quebec City three times a day from May to October, and the route affords passengers scenic views not seen from the highway. Frédéric Audet, sales representative, says local Charlevoix brews and food from the region piques the appetite. Groups can even hold a meeting onboard. The company has two trains each capable of carrying about 120 people. Baie-Saint-Paul is about 1.5 hours from Quebec City by car and La Malbaie is about 45 minutes further. Incidentally, the road between Baie-Saint-Paul and La Malbaie—e St. Lawrence Route—was named the second most scenic drive in Canada by USA Today.
