The Right Fit - Capacity is the most basic
and crucial thing to determining if a venue
works for your anticipated attendee numbers.
The last thing you want is guests crammed
into a space (or worse, unable to get in).
On the other end of the spectrum, you don't
want guests feeling lost in a room that's too
large. As long as the capacity works with
your requirements, you can make any space
succeed.
More Than Just Space - Venues that
offer more than blank walls are the most
interesting. Whether it's the history of the
space, or something that makes it different –
it all adds to the attendee experience. Also,
since no two events are the same, a venue
that's willing to collaborate with the planner
on unique solutions that make everything fit
seamlessly in the space is key.
Venues That Give Back - Social
consciousness is top of mind right now with
a lot of clients. Venues that make an effort
with sustainability and green initiatives or are
mission-driven in support of charitable and
